Jeep tours

Two desert regions are easily accessible. This is the desert “Erg Chebbi” in the southeast of Erfoud and the desert region of M’Hamid south of Zagora. Here there are extensive dunes – magical and of wonderful beauty.
In order to reach the desert region of M’Hamid, south of Zagora, you have a very nice drive over the Atlas Mountains. In Ouarzazate you can visit the World Heritage Kasbah “Taourirt”. Continue along the Road of 1000 Kashbas along the Dades River or through the Draa Valley, where the path passes by the river and millions of date palms.
The journey continues along the old caravan route along the palm groves to Zagora. Afterwards, it is only a short one-hour drive through beautiful landscapes to the gate of the desert – M’Hamid Ghizlane, also called M’Hamid for short. Where the desert begins and at the end of the road is the expanse of the beautiful Sahara.
There is the possibility to get in the Saraha with your own driver and the jeep on the piste roads, or with a camel caravan walking through the desert.
